The following page is guide providing steps required by current users of flex which need to be taken following the recent upgrade. The document also includes processes for reporting issues.
While the upgrade has been concluded, there may be some minor issues or unexpected incidents identified during regular use.
Please ensure you clear cache and cookies for Dalet Flex.
Clearing Cache and Cookies for Dalet Flex
Clear Cache
Open the Dalet Flex URL in your browser.
Press Ctrl + F5 to refresh and clear the cache.
Clear Cookies
In Chrome, go to:
chrome://settings/content/allSearch for Flex in the list.
Select Flex, then click Delete
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Dalet Flex
MFA has been added to improve security using TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password).
Enabling MFA gives you an extra layer of security and more control on your side.
The choice of Authenticator app depends on what your organisation uses.
Note: The NRL will not provide support for your chosen authenticator.
If You Enable MFA
Follow your organisation’s process to set up MFA with your preferred authenticator app.
If You Do NOT Want to Enable MFA
After logging in, you will see a dialog prompting you to enable MFA.
In this dialog:
Click “Don’t ask me again”.
Then click “Not Now”.
Your browser will remember this choice, and you will not be prompted again.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any problems or notice anything out of the ordinary,
please log a ticket with the Service Desk at https://nrlservicedesk.freshservice.com/a/tickets/new
providing as much detail as possible.
Steps to report issues:
Select ‘Digital Service Desk’ as the workspace.
